The tutu shown is Neon Green & Turquoise , the top is a mix of Neon Green & Turquoise crochet band with a Tinkerbell applique iron on! The tutu is attached by a strand of Turquoise tulle.
The top ties around the neck with soft Neon Green tulle.
You can add a matching bow for an additional $8.99 or Lime Green Pixie wings for $7.00
