The tutu shown is a mix of Brown, Hot Pink, Yellow, Orange & Lavender, the top is aa Orange crochet band with a HUGE Dora applique iron on! The tutu is attached by a strand of Yellow tulle.
The top ties around the neck with soft Yellow tulle.
