The tutu shown is Red, White & Blue, the top is a White crochet band that is so soft & comfortable with the tutu attached by a strand of Red tulle. The top ties around the neck with soft Blue tulle
**All of our tutu's are designed to be short & full, even the ones for the older girls. So please make sure they wear leggins under the tutu or tutu dress**
