How long will it take to get my order once it has been placed? TOP
All of my items are made to order, please allow 10-14 business days for order to be processed & shipped! Processing time may increase during the summer months & holidays.
Please email me if you need your order sooner, I do offer a rush order for an additional $10, your order will be mailed with 2-5 business days.
I received my order & my bows & headbands look a little different than the ones in the pictures? TOP
All of my hair bows are handmade so there will never be 2 bows that look exactly alike. Colors will vary on each computer so the color you receive may be slightly different than what the picture shows.
If i am out of a ribbon that is used in your bow I will replace it with a similar coordinating ribbon or issue you a refund!
Do you do custom orders? TOP
Yes! If you need a bow made to match a certain outfit just send me an email and include a picture of the outfit. I can make a hair bow or headband to match ANY outfit. Do you allow local pick up? TOP
Yes, if you live close to where my business is located you can pick up the order instead of having it shipped. Do you sell your bows anywhere else? TOP
Yes, I do local craft shows through out the year. Please email me if you would like a list of my upcoming shows.
